What are the prices for each room?

Depending on the plan (based on the number of hours you’ve booked that week), the prices are:

VIP: $15/hr +GST

Flexi: $30/hr +GST

FlexiPlus: $30/hr +GST (for 10 consecutive weeks)

What is the difference between Flexi and FlexiPlus?

Both plans are designed for freedom and convenience in mind. The rooms rates are the same, but FlexiPlus clinicians get more access to premium tech tools and exPSYted Cloud membership perks.

Flexi plan allows flexible bookings - whether it is one hour a day at a time or a couple of hours in blocks, the choice is yours. Cancellations or rescheduling of room bookings can be made 24 hours in advance.

Flexi plan may be suitable for clinicians who are starting out and building their client base, or wanting to expand to a different location, or working reduced hours (e.g parental leave).

FlexiPlus plan may be best for clinicians who are more established, want to maintain clear work boundaries, or wish to secure the rooms for exclusive use. To upgrade to FlexiPlus, just book 8 or more hours per week for 10 or more consecutive weeks and you get automatic access.


Can I only book hourly?

Most definitely. We also offer daily rates and dedicated room. Whether you would like to reserve a specific office for certain days or you would like a full time dedicated office just for you, we are happy to discuss your options. Please email us at support@expsyted.com for more information.

Am I locked into a long term contract or lease?

Never. We aim to reduce the risk for you in any possible way, so no long term commitment is required.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that clients sometimes have to reschedule, or they late cancel or fail to show. For this, we provide a 24-hr cancellation policy for Flexi clinicians.

What are the benefits of booking more hours?

We love to see you grow your client database and we celebrate that. If you use the exPSYted rooms for 8 or more hours per week for 10 or more consecutive weeks, you get access to additional tech tools and membership perks exclusive to the FlexiPlus clinicians.

Is there a minimum number of hours required to book?

No, we do not require a minimum number of hours before booking. We want to make it frictionless for you to experience our service.

Can I use the TechSuite elsewhere?

Yes, definitely! Supporting you and helping you liberate from menial tasks makes you a happy user, and that makes us happy too! Even if you practise at exPSYted for one day a week and see clients elsewhere, you'll continue to have uninterrupted use of the tools.

But of course, if you are no longer using our rooms at exPSYted, it would be unsustainable for us to give you ongoing free access. If you wish to have a holiday and take a break, let us know at support@expsyted.com and we'll pause your TechSuite access. We will give you a 2-week grace period and then you will be charged $20+GST/week (Flexi plan) or $30+GST/week (FlexiPlus plan) if you do not continue booking our rooms.
